The TOSHA Review Commission will hold a meeting on Wednesday October 2, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. and Thursday, October 3, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. This meeting will be held at 220 French Landing Drive, 1st Floor, Nashville Tennessee. The newly established Telehealth Working Group will meet for its second meeting on Friday, October 4, 2019 from 10 AM to 12 noon (Central Time).

The Medical Payment Committee is comprised of seven voting members appointed by the administrator. Three members represent the medical provider industry, three members represent the workers’ compensation insurance industry, and the medical director serves as the final member of the committee. The committee shall hear disputes on medical bill payments between providers and insurers and advise the administrator on issues relating to the medical fee schedule and medical care cost containment in the workers’ compensation system.
