The Medical Payment Committee is comprised of seven voting members appointed by the administrator. Three members represent the medical provider industry, three members represent the workers' compensation insurance industry, and the medical director serves as the final member of the committee. The committee shall hear disputes on medical bill payments between providers and insurers and advise the administrator on issues relating to the medical fee schedule and medical care cost containment in the workers' compensation system.

The State Workforce Development Board will hold a meeting on Friday, May 11, 2018 at 8:30 a.m. to Noon. This meeting will be held at the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development, 220 French Landing Drive, PEARL Room, Nashville, Tennessee. Some of the topics for review will include an update on realignment, One-Stop Certification updated Workforce Services policies and additional topics.

The Prevailing Wage Commission will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, May 21, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. (C.D.T). This meeting will be held in the TOSHA. Conference Room of the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development located at 220 French Landing Drive, Nashville, Tennessee 37243. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss issues impacting Tennessee’s unemployment insurance program.
