Foreign Language Assistance

According to the Migration Policy Institute, there are 304,801 immigrants residing in the State of Tennessee.

These classes are designed to teach the English language to non-native English speakers and develop their listening, speaking, reading, writing, and vocabulary skills in English. All classes are also designed to help students understand the United States systems of government, American education, banking, healthcare, workplace and much more.

Integrated English Literacy/Civics (IELC) classes are offered in the areas of listening, speaking, reading, writing, and civics.
