Location: Tennessee Tower, 312 Rosa L. Parks Avenue, Nashville, TN 37243 (Downtown Nashville)
Parking: Parking will be provided in the State Employee Parking Lots 16 & 28 with shuttle service to the Tennessee Tower. Be sure to print the parking pass and place on the dashboard.
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided for the day.
Travel Information: Those traveling from outside Middle TN needing lodging can book at near by hotels using the state rate. See list below.

The Tennessee Higher Education Commission (THEC) will be convening campus representatives across Tennessee public universities, community colleges, and technical colleges to share best practices in the transfer initiatives and general education. The theme "Advancing Student-Centered Transfer and General Education" will feature sessions covering topics such as:
1. Maximizing transfer credit
2. General education redesign
3. Transfer success and barriers
4. The value of general education
