The Board considers Tuition Guaranty Fund (TGF) claims and disburses, if appropriate, funds assessed and collected from authorized postsecondary educational institutions. The Board is required to act on claims in a timely manner and to provide a written explanation for any action taken. Meetings of the Board are held as is necessary in view of the executive committee.
