The mission of the Identity Crimes Unit is to investigate identity crimes and to assist local, state, and federal agencies with the investigation of certain identity crimes. The Identity Crimes Unit assists victims in contacting relevant investigative and consumer protection agencies and also provides the public with information to raise awareness and deter identity crimes.
