Registration and Licensing

Every alcoholic beverage manufacturer, wholesaler, and retailer must be licensed in Tennessee before conducting business.  Licenses are obtained through the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission.

Registration for alcoholic beverage taxes is available using the Tennessee Taxpayer Access Point (TNTAP).
