About this event

Join the festivity where history comes alive at our annual Statehood Day Festival at Marble Springs State Historic Site.

228 years ago on June 1st, 1796 the state of Tennessee came into being. This year, on Saturday, June 1st, we are throwing a festival to celebrate! Our festival is brimming with tuneful live performances, a showcase of local crafts to peruse and purchase, and living history re-enactors ready to whisk you away to 18th-century Tennessee. The little ones will be delighted with children’s crafts and historic toys, while games and relay races promise fun for all ages. And don't forget—local food trucks await to satisfy your modern-day cravings!

Save the date: Saturday, June 1st from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
