  1. Please do NOT submit to or copy any other State employees on e-mails regarding a project. 
  2. Questions regarding a specific project should be emailed to STREAMDesigner.Interest@tn.gov. 
  3. Questions will be answered, as deemed appropriate by the State, in writing via amendment posted on the website. No oral responses will be considered official.
