For FY25 SAVIN reporting, the due dates for the three required Annual Reports will likely change to July 31, 2025. The report structures will not change, just the due date. The purpose for this change is to bring the SAVIN reporting in-line with other OCJP funding sources. All other fund sources require their annual reports be submitted by July 31.

Quarter 4 – April-June
Annual SAVIN Narrative Report (Word Document) - For July-June – Send to Assigned OCJP Program Manager by July 31st.
Program Income Summary Report (In Formstack) – This program does not generate income; therefore, this report must be submitted annually to assigned OCJP Program Manager by July 31st, or 30 days after the contract expires.
Project Equipment Summary Report (In Formstack) - For July-June – send to assigned OCJP Program Manager by July 31st. If this program purchased equipment, including “Sensitive Minor Equipment” during the reporting period, this report must be submitted annually to assigned OCJP Program Manager by July 31st, or 30 days after the contract expires.
