TDEC is providing regulatory oversight for the closure, remediation, and restoration of former coal ash ponds at the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) Allen Coal Fired Fossil Plant (ALF) in Memphis, Tennessee. To request TVA-specific information regarding the project, please email tvainfo@tva.gov. At this time, TVA representatives are not scheduled to attend TDEC’s ALF Remediation project update on March 26th.
