Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, LLC proposes an additional 604 feet of temporary stream impacts and 20 feet of permanent stream impact in Dickson County associated with the construction of a 32-mile 30-inch diameter natural gas pipeline. Temporary impacts to 0.69 acres of wetland, permanent impacts to 0.03 acres of wetland, temporary impacts to approximately 5,400 feet of stream, permanent impacts to 490 feet of stream, and temporary water withdrawals from eight streams and one reservoir were authorized by the original permit. This modification would affect only the state aquatic resource alteration permit and would not constitute a modification of the Section 401 certification issued on July 21, 2023.
