Role & Responsibilities:

This position is a part of the Accreditation team that will ensure statewide COA accreditation and ACA accreditation for the John S. Wilder Youth Development Center.

Some of the responsibilities required of this position include:

• Ensure all appropriate ACA accreditation standards are implemented at Wilder,
• Establish and update files of evidence quarterly for ACA standards at Wilder,
• Ensure all Wilder policies, protocols, and forms meet ACA standards,
• Provide training to all Wilder staff regarding ACA accreditation,
• Assist with collecting Self-study and On-Site evidence for COA reviews for each region and Central Office.
• Assist with COA training for new hires and for each region in preparation for upcoming COA site visits.
• Perform COA and ACA mock reviews.
