Hazardous Waste Annual Reporting

Now Live: Electronic Hazardous Waste Notifications & Reporting

The Division of Solid Waste Management (DSWM) has launched electronic hazardous waste notification and reporting in accordance with the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). Facilities can now submit hazardous waste notifications electronically through RCRAInfo. Learn more about electronic notification submission on the Electronic Submission of Hazardous Waste Notifications page.

Hazardous waste small and large quantity generators in Tennessee are required by regulation to file annual hazardous waste reports with the Division of Solid Waste Management (DSWM).  Both Small  Quantity Generators (SQG) and Large Quantity Generators (LQG) pay associated fees to DSWM and may owe a fee to the Division of Remediation. The annual report notification forms are online and will be emailed and/or mailed to the last address on file with Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) for each facility each winter.
