Older Adult Program
For older adults, there are times when additional behavioral health supports are needed that are not available through Medicare or other coverages. The Older Adult Program is offered through six community mental health providers in 43 counties across Tennessee for people aged 50 and older. Reach out to one of our older adult program providers today to get an assessment and find out what services are available to you.
Specific services through the Older Adult Program depend on provider, location, and an individual’s need, but may include care coordination, therapy, and other community resources.
