Info For Families
What happens in the Parenting That Works program sessions?
Children participate in classrooms with peers where they practice managing their own behaviors, following instructions, building social skills, and much more!
Families learn positive parenting strategies, and through intentional Parent Implementation, families support one another, make connections, get hands-on practice using their new skills, and gain confidence in their parenting.
“The hands-on practice builds muscle memory in a way that reading a parenting book or talking through techniques in counseling cannot accomplish."
–Parent Graduate
