The Tennessee Bureau of Workers’ Compensation is offering a free training for Case Managers on Thursday, October 23, 2025.
This training teaches case managers how they can help injured workers best utilize the resources, funds, and expertise of the Next Step Program.
About the Next Step Program
A permanent impairment from a workers' compensation injury can be a major roadblock. Some impairments prevent injured workers from returning to their pre-injury job. The Next Step program helps injured workers discover new careers, obtain training, and turns life-changing workplace accidents into opportunities for new employment.

Registration is free. This case manager training has been approved for 1.0 CE (Continuing Education Credit) contact hour. Register now.
The one-hour training will be facilitated virtually via Microsoft Teams at 10 AM (Central) by the Next Step Program specialist, Marion White.
