Meetings of the Board are held as is necessary in view of the executive committee. At the June 23, 2026, meeting, the Board will review the minutes from the November 3, 2025, meeting and hear updates on the status of the fund. Action items include Commission staff recommendations on adopting the Rulemaking Hearing Rules from the April 13, 2026, public rulemaking hearing and a vote on adoption of those rules. No claims will be considered at this meeting.
