The Board considers Tuition Guaranty Fund (TGF) claims and disburses funds assessed and collected from authorized postsecondary educational institutions. The Board is required to act on claims in a timely manner and to provide a written explanation for any action taken. Meetings of the Board are held as is necessary in view of the executive committee. At the meeting on July 15, 2025, the Board will meet to approve the minutes of the last meeting, receive an update of the fund balance, and consider claims filed by students who attended Hussian College.
