NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Tennessee Emergency Management Agency has finished the process of deconstructing the COVID-19 Alternate Care Sites in Nashville and Memphis, with the sites having served their purpose of making additional hospital capacity available, if needed, for Tennessee COVID-19 patients.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) hereby gives notice to the public of its intent to reimburse eligible applicants for eligible costs to repair or replace facilities damaged by the Severe Winter Storm occurring February 11, 2021 through February 19, 2021 and the Severe Storms, Tornadoes, and Flooding occurring March 25, 2021 through April 3, 2021. This notice applies to the Public Assistance (PA), Individual Assistance (IA), and Hazard Mitigation Grant (HMGP) programs implemented under the authority of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 5121- 5207.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Homeowners and renters in Davidson, Williamson and Wilson counties with uninsured damage or losses from the March 25 – April 3, 2021 severe storms have one week left to apply to FEMA for federal disaster assistance and to the U.S. Small Business Administration for low interest disaster loans. The deadline for both is Wednesday, July 7, 2021

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Homeowners and renters in Davidson, Williamson and Wilson counties with damage or other losses caused by the storms that struck from March 25 through April 2 have only a short time left to apply for FEMA assistance. The deadline for applications is July 7. However, those who have already received determination letters from FEMA and don’t agree with the decision, can appeal within 60 days of the date on the letter.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Marion County will receive federal recovery assistance under a Major Disaster Declaration already in effect in Tennessee from the severe weather and flooding across the state on March 27, and March 28, 2021.
