The Tennessee Department of Transportation will hold a public hearing on Outdoor Advertising rulemaking on November 4, 2020, at 1 pm central time, in the TDOT Region 3 Auditorium located at 6601 Centennial Boulevard, Nashville 37243.
NOTICE: The time period for submitting written comments regarding the Department’s proposed rules for outdoor advertising has been extended for an additional 30 days. The proposed rules are available at the links provided below. Interested parties may submit written comments by mail to John Reinbold, General Counsel, Tennessee Department of Transportation, James K. Polk Building, 3rd Floor, 505 Deaderick Street, Nashville, TN 37243, or by email to John.Reinbold@tn.gov. Please submit your written comments by or before Friday, December 4, 2020.
NOTICE: Because of the continuing need to observe social distancing guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic, the number allowed to attend the public hearing in person at this location will be limited to no more than twenty-five (25) persons. In-person attendees will be required to pass a temperature check to obtain entry and all attendees will be required to wear a mask. Because of these limitations on in-person attendance, the Department encourages interested persons to participate in this public hearing remotely via WebEx.
