NOTICE:  TDOT no longer prints and mails Contract Books after contracts have been awarded.  An electronic signature process using Adobe Sign is now in place.  

1. The Contract and Bond can be signed by simply providing an email address, an account with Adobe Sign is not required.
2. Space has been added to the Bid Authorization Form to provide authorized signers.
3. Powers of Attorney and Certificates of Liability Insurance must be submitted directly to the Construction Division.
4. Once completely executed, Contract Books are available for download at TDOT’s Bid Express webpage.
