The State Industrial Access (SIA) Program provides funding and technical assistance for highway access to new and expanding industries across the state. The Tennessee Department of Transportation contracts with local governments for projects that will be developed under the SIA Program. The State Industrial Access Act, formerly known as the Industrial Highway Act, make these partnerships possible.

Administration Section:

• Project tracking to assist the Prioritization and Initiation Office and Economic Development Office for schedule oversight,
• Coordination of staff for meetings and logistics
• Attends Site Reviews to assist in pre and post construction
• Maintain training database and research training opportunities for STID employees
• Participate in Public meetings / hearings
• Assist Director & Assistant Director with presentations and attend and document meetings
• STID weekly, quarterly & Annual reports
