The Consultant Assistance Template is intended for use with Environmental Consultant Assistance agreements, as well as certain PMC and GEC contracts.

All subconsultants invoices must be on the Professional Services template. 

Submitting Invoices:

Include the proposed file name in the email and subject line.

• C + Agreement # + Work Order # (if applicable) + Progress Billing #
• Example: The proposed file name for Agreement E2155, Work order 2, Progress Billing 5 is CE21550205.
