Join us for our next ETCCY educational event titled: “A Community Driven by Hope” for International Overdose Awareness Month on Friday, August 15, 2025, from 9:30 AM until 2 PM at Calhoun’s on the River, 400 Neyland Drive in Knoxville.
This event will be honoring those we’ve lost to overdose, raise awareness, reduce stigma, and promote prevention and support. It will be presented by the staff of Cornerstone of Recovery and the Metro Drug Coalition. This event and the delicious Calhoun’s Lunch Buffet is being sponsored by Cornerstone or Recovery for whom ETCCY is truly grateful!
ETCCY has applied for 3.0 CEU credits for ETCCY members from the NASW-TN Chapter. All attendees, and non-members will receive 3.0 contact hours for their attendance as well.
Registration will begin at 9:30 AM. The program will begin at 10:00 AM and will continue until Noon for lunch and community engagement. The program will convene at 1:00 PM and will end at 2:00 PM.

Calhoun’s on the River Buffet includes TN BBQ Bone-In Chicken, BBQ Pulled Pork, Spinach Maria, Buttery Parsley Red New Potatoes, Home made Chocolate Chip Cookies, Iced Tea, Coffee, and Water.
