ETCCY Lunch on the River

Please join us for our 3^rd annual ETCCY “CHILD ABUSE PREVENTION MONTH LUNCH ON THE RIVER” sponsored by our great partner District Attorney Charme P. Allen and the Office of the District Attorney General, 6^th Judicial District on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, from 9:30 AM until 1:45 PM EST at Calhoun’s on the River, 400 Neyland Drive in Knoxville.

This year’s educational event will concentrate on Human Trafficking.  Our speakers will include Lisa Bolton of Vanderbilt University, Hannah Brinson with the Community Coalition Against Human Trafficking, General Ashley McDermott on prosecuting cases that involve Human Trafficking, and Kate Greer, Director of the new Department of Children’s Services Human Trafficking Unit. 

We have requested 3.0 CEU credits from the NASW-TN Chapter for ETCCY members to sign up for at the event.  All attendees and Non-Members will receive a Certificate of Attendance with 3.0 Contact hours.     We hope that you can join us for this important and informational event!

The Calhoun’s Lunch Buffet will include Grilled Teriyaki Chicken with Pineapple and Rice, Pork Loin au poivre (carved on the buffet), Shredded Neva Potatoes, Calhoun’s Signature Spinach Maria, Garlic Rolls, Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies, Iced Tea, Coffee, and Water.
