Approved Brands
Beginning January 1, 2026, each hemp-derived cannabinoid product brand distributed in Tennessee must be registered with the Department before it can be distributed in Tennessee.
Suppliers licensed by the Commission, under Title 57, Chapter 7 should register and renew their brands through the Tennessee Taxpayer Access Point (TNTAP). Each brand registration must be renewed every year by January 1.
