Free Webinar November 25 on Refunds and Penalty Waivers

NASHVILLE -- The Department of Revenue will host a free webinar on refunds and penalty waivers on November 25 at 9 a.m. Central time.

During this webinar, our staff will discuss the process of applying for refunds and penalty waivers, including approvals/denials, statute of limitations, common issues, and more.

The Department of Revenue is responsible for administering state tax laws and motor vehicle title and registration laws, as well as collecting taxes and fees associated with those laws. The department collects about 87 percent of the total state revenue.
