Closed Meeting - Pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. §§ 8-44-103 and 4-3-5509, notice is given that the Information Systems Council (ISC) shall hold a meeting covered by the open meeting provisions of title 8, chapter 44. Part of the meeting will be a public meeting open to the public and part of the meeting will not be open to the public because of the discussion of confidential subject matter pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. § 10-7-504(i).
