EVV for Self-Directed Services
For persons receiving self-directed services in the DIDD Self-Determination Waiver, EVV is implemented through the financial administration agency, Consumer Direct Tennessee (CDTN), by a mobile application called CareAttend. All workers are required to download the application on a mobile device or tablet and utilize it to clock in and out for their shifts. The app uses GPS technology to capture the worker's location to ensure that the service is being delivered in the prescribed location.
