How to Become a DIDD Credentialed Provider
DIDD PROVIDER CREDENTIALING
Updated: April 2022
Thank you for your interest in becoming a credentialed provider. At this time, DIDD is only accepting applications to provide Clinical services, Katie Beckett services, and services based on need.
DIDD and TennCare, along with MCOs, are continuing to work together in preparation for integration of the intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) programs and the ultimate goal of a single, seamless, person-centered system of service delivery for people with I/DD which supports the person to increase their independence, fully participate in the communities, and achieve any competitive and integrated employment goals.
Once integration occurs, it is expected that the submission of all applications will resume. Stay tuned to this website page for updates/changes to the credentialing process.
Please direct questions to the Provider Enrollment Coordinator by email at DIDDProvider.Application@tn.gov or by phone at (615) 532-6530.
