CLE Webinar: Summary Judgments

This one-hour session will address common summary judgment issues in the Court of Workers’ Compensation claims, such as the timing of motions and important requirements under the Tennessee Compilation Rules and Regulations. The presenters will also provide practical pointers on preparing the statement of facts and ensuring that those facts are properly supported by the record. Other topics will include how judges evaluate these motions, as well as a review of case law and current trends in the use of summary judgment in workers’ compensation cases.
