2026 Volunteer Generation Fund Funding Process

Volunteer Tennessee announces the opportunity for Volunteer Generation Fund (VGF) funds to support efforts to develop and strengthen community-based entities' ability to recruit, manage, support, and retain volunteers.

Volunteer Tennessee and AmeriCorps seek to support effective approaches that expand volunteer engagement, strenghten the capacity of organizations to recruit and retain volunteers, including skill-based and pro bono volunteers, and develop and implement strategies that use volunteers effectively to address clearly identified community needs.

Applicant Confirmation Forms are due Monday, April 20 2026.  All other application components are due Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 3pm CDT.
