The Division of Solid Waste Management (DSWM) is redesigning its hazardous waste notification and reporting processes - which are required under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) - in order to begin allowing electronic notifications through RCRAInfo. More information will be announced on our website the closer we get to the launch date; however, facilities can prepare by registering at least one employee for a RCRAInfo account as an industry user, and requesting site manager permissions for their site. To register for a RCRAInfo Industry account, please visit the RCRAInfo Industry website, choose the "Register" option and select the “Industry User Registration” process.

Very Small Quanity Generators (VSQG)

Very Small Quantity Generators, who generate less than 220 pounds of hazardous waste per month and have in storage less than 2,200 pounds, are now eligible to participate at the mobile household hazardous waste (HHW)/VSQG Collection Events. To request a price quote and schedule an appointment please contact Clean Harbors Environmental Services at 615-643-3170 with a waste inventory. Most VSQG collection appointments will be scheduled immediately following the HHW event ending time.
