Public Records Requests to the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services are handled by the department's Director of Communications.  Serving as Public Records Request Coordinator, the Director of Communications receives requests, corresponds with requestors, works with records custodians, oversees redaction and review of records, and ensures requesters receive the records they are
