Tennessee's  Higher Education Master Plan

THEC is proud to introduce Tennessee’s 2025 – 2035 Higher Education Master Plan, a bold roadmap that will shape the future of higher education across the state for the next decade. Developed through extensive collaboration with students, educators, institutional leaders, employers, policymakers, and community partners, the Master Plan outlines a shared vision for expanding opportunity, strengthening student success, and meeting Tennessee's evolving workforce needs.
