Many businesses are already doing meaningful work in their communities — supporting causes, volunteering, or responding to local needs — but may not yet have a formal corporate social purpose (CSR) strategy in place.

This Purpose Exchange is designed for businesses that are:exploring what CSR could look like for their organizationoperating informally and ready to take the next steplooking to better align community impact with business goalsJoin us for a candid, peer-driven conversation featuring business leaders who are at different stages of building their CSR approach. We’ll explore how organizations are getting started, what they’ve learned along the way, and what it takes to move from interest to intentional impact.

The session will include short peer insights and small group discussions, creating space to reflect, ask questions, and connect with others navigating similar work.

Ideal for:
CSR, social impact, employee volunteerism, philanthropy, community engagement, and ESG professionals within Tennessee businesses and civic anchor institutions committed to strengthening communities across the state.
