The meetings of the Volunteer Tennessee Commission are subject to the Open Meeting requirements. Commission Members may participate by electronic or telephonic means. Under TCA Section 8-44-108, the Commission may rely on the participation of members by electronic or other means to constitute a quorum (simple majority of voting members) only upon a finding of necessity by the Commission.

Any member of the public wishing to join the meeting may do so by calling the number listed above. Any member of the public wishing to comment on matters that are germane to the items on the agenda for the meeting must send a request in writing to: Jim Snell at jim.snell@tn.gov or by contacting 615-253-1426. Requests must be made no later than two (2) business days before the meeting date. Public comment speakers will be limited to five (5) speakers, and each speaker will be allowed one (1) minute to provide comment.
