The meetings of the Volunteer Tennessee Commission are subject to the Open Meeting requirements. Commission Members may participate by electronic or telephonic means.  Under TCA Section 8-44-108, the Commission may rely on the participation of members by electronic or other means to constitute a quorum (simple majority of voting members) only upon a finding of necessity by the Commission.

Any member of the public wishing to join the meeting may do so by using the link listed above. Any member of the public wishing to address the Commission must make a request in writing to: Jim Snell at jim.snell@tn.gov or by contacting 615-253-1426.  Requests must be made no later than 2 business days in advance of the meeting date.
