The meetings of the Volunteer Tennessee Commission are subject to the Open Meeting requirements. Commission Members may participate by electronic or telephonic means.  Under TCA Section 8-44-108, the Commission may rely on the participation of members by electronic or other means to constitute a quorum (simple majority of voting members) only upon a finding of necessity by the Commission.

Any member of the public wishing to join the meeting may do so by calling the number listed above. Any member of the public wishing to address the Commission during the Public Comment period must submit a request in writing to: Jim Snell at jim.snell@tn.gov.  Requests must be made no later than 2 business days before the meeting date.  Comments must be relevant to the published agenda items.
