Meeting Agenda

• Review of Committee Annual Plan

o   Discussion of progress and any necessary adjustments to the annual plan.

• Corporate Social Purpose Network

o   Update on current initiatives and next steps for the network.

-  Governor’s Volunteer Stars Awards/TN Conference on Volunteerism and Service-Learning Sponsorships

o   Discussion on committee’s role to support in expanding the network’s impact.

• Assessing Committee Work for 2025

o   Evaluation of this year’s activities and outcomes.

o   MLK Foundation Proposal – Assess if the committee can support on this project.

o   Continuation of planning and setting goals for the committee’s work in 2025.

The meetings of the Volunteer Tennessee Commission are subject to the Open Meeting requirements. Commission Members may participate by electronic or telephonic means.  Under TCA Section 8-44-108, the Commission may rely on the participation of members by electronic or other means to constitute a quorum (simple majority of voting members) only upon a finding of necessity by the Commission.
