The meetings of the Volunteer Tennessee Executive Committee are subject to the Open Meeting requirements. Executive Committee Members may participate by electronic or telephonic means. Under TCA Section 8-44-108, the Committee may rely on the participation of members by telephonic, electronic or other means to constitute a quorum (simple majority of voting members) only upon a finding of necessity by the Committee.

Any member of the public wishing to join the meeting may attend in person or telephonically by calling the number listed above. Members of the public are not permitted to address the Executive Committee.
