Mobile Disaster Recovery Centers to Open in Tennessee Beginning May 2
Mobile Disaster Recovery Centers (DRCs) will begin opening across Tennessee on Saturday, May 2, to provide survivors with in-person help applying for disaster assistance and accessing recovery resources.
Mobile Disaster Recovery Centers are locations survivors can visit if they need in-person support for applying for FEMA Individual Assistance, understanding application status, resolving issues with an application, or accessing other resources.
Mobile DRC hours will be Monday through Saturday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. CT. Beginning Sunday May 10, all Mobile DRCs and DRCs in the state will be closed on Sundays.

Previously scheduled Mobile Registration Intake Centers (MRICs) are scheduled to remain open through May 6. After that date, MRICs will no longer be available. Survivors needing help applying for FEMA Individual Assistance can continue receiving help at Disaster Recovery Centers and Mobile Disaster Recovery Centers.
About FEMA Individual Assistance (IA)
Survivors in Benton, Carroll, Cheatham, Chester, Clay, Davidson, Decatur, Dickson, Dyer, Fayette, Hardeman, Hardin, Henderson, Hickman, Lewis, Macon, Madison, Maury, McNairy, Montgomery, Perry, Robertson, Rutherford, Shelby, Sumner, Trousdale, Wayne, Williamson, and Wilson counties are eligible to apply for FEMA Individual Assistance.
Individual Assistance can help eligible survivors with disaster-related expenses such as temporary housing assistance, home repairs, replacement of essential personal property, and other disaster related needs.
Survivors in the designated counties who sustained damage from Winter Storm Fern are encouraged to apply for assistance through FEMA.
