** UPDATED 4/15/20 ** Prime/joint venture contractors must participate in a pre-bid meeting to be held on April 22, 2020 from 10:00 A.M. – 12:00 Noon, EDT via remote conferencing. Participation in the remote conference is mandatory as part of these special pre-qualification requirements for prime contractors. Subcontractors are encouraged to participate but will be permitted as a subcontractor if unable. If you are bidding as a prime/joint venture or are a subcontractor wishing to participate, please send an email to Jamie.Fitzpatrick@tn.gov. The email subject should state, “CNU224 Roane County I-40 Pre-Bid Attendee” and should include your Name, Company Name, Phone Number, Participation as a Prime or Sub, and an Email Address for the remote conference information to be sent. Emails will be received until April 21, 2020, at 5:00 PM, EDT. Emails received after 5:00 PM, EDT, will not be considered, and participants will be ineligible to participate in the meeting. Contractors will not be required to resubmit a request with the new contract number if they have already submitted a request.
