DISTRICT 27

CLAY AND OVERTON COUNTY SR-111 Resurfacing in Overton County from the Putnam County line to north of SR-293 and on SR-52 from west of Poor House Road in Clay County to west of Robbins Lane in Overton County: The contractor is currently performing paving operations. During this work, the contractor will have one lane closed in each direction and will utilize flaggers to facilitate traffic. Motorists are encouraged to use caution through the work zone and obey the posted speed limit. Estimated project completion date is September 2019.

CUMBERLAND COUNTY I-40 Construction of a truck climbing lane EB near MM 339, including grading, drainage, and paving: Construction signs, guardrail (westbound), and portable barrier rail (eastbound) have been installed. The contractor has begun grade work in the median behind the portable barrier rail. Motorists are encouraged to slow down, use caution, and be aware of construction personnel in the work zone and equipment that will entering/exiting the roadway. Estimated project completion date is June 2020.

CUMBERLAND COUNTY SR-1 (US-70) Emergency slope stabilization near LM 26.6: Construction signs, portable barrier rail, and temporary traffic signals have been installed. SR-1 (US-70) will be reduced to one lane between Godsey Road and Renegade Mountain Parkway while slope stabilization is in process. Motorists are encouraged to exercise caution as they travel through the work zone.  Estimated project completion date is November 2019.

CUMBERLAND COUNTY SR-1 (US-70) Resurfacing from east of Pomona Road (LM 8.89) to west of SR-24 (US-70N) (LM 13) and on SR-28 (US-127) from south of Sawmill Road (LM 8.9) to north of SR-392 (LM 12.74) and on SR-392 from north of Old Mail Road (LM 1.9) to SR-28 (US-127) (LM 2.78): Paving is complete on SR-1 (US-70S), SR-392 (Miller Avenue), and SR-28 (US-127). A new traffic pattern is in place on SR-28 (US-127) - the center turn lane has been extended from Brookhaven subdivision south to Three Mile Creek. Remaining work includes the installation of permanent pavement markings, rumble stripes, shoulder stone, and permanent signs. Motorists should expect temporary lane closures and should be alert for construction personnel/equipment working on the roadway.  Estimated project completion date is September 2019.

CUMBERLAND COUNTY SR-101 (Peavine Road) Grading, drainage, and paving from Firetower Road to Westchester/Catoosa Boulevard: As grade work progresses, motorists should be alert for shifts in traffic patterns to allow for construction activities. The posted speed limit has been reduced from 45 MPH to 35 MPH within the work zone. Temporary lane closures may be needed to support paving and other activities. Dartmoor Road will be closed between Peavine Road and Wiltshire Heights to install a storm drain. Detour signs are in place and the duration of the closure is expected to last roughly 2 weeks. Motorists should reduce speeds on Peavine Road and be alert for construction personnel/equipment entering and exiting the roadway.  Estimated project completion date is November 2020.

DEKALB COUNTY SR-146 Resurfacing from the Cannon County line (LM 0) to north of Game Ridge Road (LM 5.5): The contractor will be installing pavement markings on DeKalb SR-146 during this report period. Motorists should expect temporary lane closures and flagging operations. Motorists are advised to use caution and be alert to all construction signage when traveling through the work zone. Estimated project completion date is November 2019.

DEKALB AND WARREN COUNTY SR-56 Construction of bridges and paving from south of Warren-DeKalb County (LM 24.5) line to East Bryant St (LM 2.9): During construction, motorists are encouraged to use caution and watch for construction equipment and personnel in the roadway.  Estimated project completion date is May 2022.

FENTRESS COUNTY Rotten Fork Road over Rotten Fork of the Wolf River Bridge Replacement: The contractor is currently working on the new bridge at Rotten Fork Road at LM 0.135. Rotten Fork Road remains open to traffic while the new bridge is being constructed. Motorists are advised to use caution and watch for construction equipment adjacent to roadway. Estimated project completion date is November 2019.

FENTRESS COUNTY SR-28 (US-127) Resurfacing from south of Davis Road to north of SR-52 and from north of Lacy Road to north of Mustang Lane: The contractor has completed paving operations and is scheduled to be on site intermittently to perform work on punch list items. Motorists are encouraged to use caution through the work zone. Estimated project completion date is September 2019.

FENTRESS COUNTY Vines Ridge Road over Big Laurel Creek Bridge Replacement:   Vines Ridge Road remains closed at LM 1.06 and will remain closed until the new bridge is constructed and in place. Approximate date for the length of closure is 11/30/19. Motorists should seek alternate route around Vines Ridge Road near the location of construction. Estimated project completion date is November 2019.

FENTRESS AND OVERTON COUNTY SR-85 Emergency slide repairs at various locations: The roadway is closed from LM 18.4 to LM 22.4 in Overton county. SR-85 will be opened to one lane of traffic in Fentress County between LM 3.50 to 8.00. The contractor is continuing work on this contract in the two areas listed above. The contractor has installed temporary traffic signals to allow traffic to flow through the work zone. Motorists are encouraged to use caution and seek alternate routes. RESTRICTIONS: Loads wider than 10' should seek alternate route. Estimated project completion date is January 2020.

JACKSON COUNTY Utility Work on SR-56 (JENNINGS CREEK HWY.) in both directions from LM 23.57 to LM 24.38: Mobile lane closures for utility work will occur on Jennings Creek Hwy between Hwy 151 and Ward Fork Road. Signage and flaggers will be present during this work. Motorists should use caution. Work will begin 08/19/19 through 10/23/19 between 9AM and 3PM.

OVERTON COUNTY Utility Work on SR-84 (STATE HWY. 84) in both directions from LM 0.0 to LM 0.7: Utility work will occur along US-84 from 0.1 before the Putnam County line to 0.7 on US-84. Signage and flaggers will be present during this work. Motorists are encouraged to use caution. Work will begin 09/16/19 through 09/20/19 between 9 AM to 3 PM.

OVERTON COUNTY SR-111 Miscellaneous safety improvements at the intersections of SR-293 (LM 3.1 and LM 3.2): The contractor has SR-111 from the LM 2.25 to the 3.75 reduced to one lane in each direction. This lane closure will remain in place until contract completion scheduled for 10/31/19. In addition to the lane closure, the speed limit through the work zone has been reduced to 55 MPH to increase safety of the motoring public and the contractor's personnel. SR-293 is affected at the intersection of SR-111 with the median crossings being closed for the duration of the project. Motorists are encouraged to obey 55 MPH speed limit and watch for construction operations adjacent to the roadway. RESTRICTIONS: Loads wider than 14' should seek alternate route. Estimated project completion date is October 2019.

OVERTON COUNTY SR-111 Resurfacing from south of Twin Oaks Road (LM 16) to north of Big Springs Road (LM 20) and on SR-294 from SR-111 (LM 0.6) to Oakley-Allons Road (LM 6.8): The contractor is currently performing milling operations on SR-111 from LM 16 to LM 20.1. During this operation, the contractor will utilize flaggers and have the roadway reduced to one lane of traffic. The contractor is also performing paving operations on SR-294 from LM 0.6 to LM 6.8. The contractor will have one lane closed on this route and flaggers will be used to control the flow of traffic through the work zone. Motorists are encouraged to use caution and obey the posted speed limit. Estimated project completion date is November 2019.

OVERTON COUNTY SR-294 Bridge repair over Big Eagle Creek (LM 1.39): The contractor is scheduled to place portable barrier rail during this reporting period. During this operation, flaggers will be used to assist with traffic control. Once the rail is set, a lane closure will be in effect through 06/15/20. Motorists are encouraged to use caution through the work zone and should be prepared to stop at the signal. RESTRICTIONS: No loads wider than 10 feet. Estimated project completion date is June 2020.

PUTNAM COUNTY I-40 near MM 296 Bridge repair on Rocky Point Road over I-40: The Rocky Point Road Bridge at LM 9.31 over I-40 is closed due to bridge repairs, and is scheduled to re-open November 2019. A detour is in place to guide motorists around the bridge closure. No lane closures on I-40 are anticipated during this period. Motorists are advised to use caution and be alert to all construction signage while traveling through the work zone. Estimated project completion date is November 2019.

PUTNAM COUNTY I-40 WB Resurfacing and bridge repair from Falling Water River (MM 291) to the ramp from US-70N (SR-24) (MM 301): The contractor is expected to begin work on punch list items soon. This will result in nightly lane closures heading west bound. Motorists are advised to use caution and be alert to all construction signage when traveling through the work zone. Estimated project completion date is September 2019.

PUTNAM COUNTY Utility Work on SR-24 (NASHVILLE HWY.) in both directions from LM 8.64 to LM 10.03: Mobile lane closures for utility work will occur on Nashville Hwy between Maddux Ridge Road and 1st Avenue North. Signage and flaggers will be present during this work. Motorists should use caution. Work will begin 09/12/19 through 09/20/19 between 9 AM and 3 PM

PUTNAM COUNTY Utility Work on SR-84 (LIVINGSTON HWY.) in both directions from LM 10.03 to LM 13.37: Mobile lane closures for utility work will take place on Livingston Hwy between Woodcliff Road and Stamp Shady Grove Road. Trucks with warning lights, signage and flaggers will be present during this work. Motorists should use caution. Work will begin 08/15/19 through 10/14/19 between 8 AM and 3 PM.

PUTNAM COUNTY SR-136 Resurfacing from US-70N (SR-24) (LM 4.15) to north of Whiteaker Springs Road (LM 7): Work will be performed on existing sidewalks and concrete curb ramps. This will result in lane closures each night on SR-136 between the hours of 7 PM and 6 AM. Motorists should use caution and be prepared for slowed traffic when traveling through the workzone. Estimated project completion date is June 2020.

PUTNAM COUNTY Utility Work on SR-136 (N. Washington Ave.) in both directions from LM 4.3 to LM 5.4: Road closures will occur with a detour for the area between 10th Street and 11th Street. Message boards, detour signs, cones/barrels, and flaggers will be present during this week. Motorists are encouraged to use caution. Work will occur 09/12/19 from 8 AM to 3 PM. The road will reopen to allow for school traffic to flow undisturbed.

PUTNAM AND WHITE COUNTY SR-24 Resurfacing in Putnam County from Mill Creek Road to Bee Rock Road and on SR-84 in White County from south of East College Street to the Putnam County line: The contractor is expected to begin work on punch list items soon. This will result in lane closures with flagging operations. Motorists are advised to use caution and be alert to all construction signage while traveling through the work zone. Estimated project completion date is September 2019.

WHITE COUNTY SR-1 (US-70) Repair of the bridge over the Calfkiller River (LM 9.35) in Sparta: Calfkiller Bridge in Sparta is in the first of the three phases of lane closures. These phases will affect between Wilson Street and Church Street. This first phase will restrict the west bound traffic to one lane, while retaining the left turn lane and two lanes of traffic in the east bound direction. Motorists are advised to use caution and be alert to all construction signage while traveling through the work zone.  Estimated project completion date is September 2019.

BLEDSOE COUNTY SR-101 Bridge repair over Bee Creek (LM 8.98): Work on this project is underway. For the safety of the traveling public, the bridge will be reduced to one 10 foot lane and controlled with temporary signals. RESTRICTIONS: 10 foot lane. BLEDSOE COUNTY TDOT Maintenance on SR-28 (US-127) northbound at LM 28.8: The northbound truck climbing lane is currently closed at LM 28.8 due to a roadway settlement.

BLEDSOE AND SEQUATCHIE COUNTY SR-8 (US-127) from SR-28 (LM 14.9) to SR-111 then SR-28 (US-127) to south of Old York Hwy North (LM 7.9), SR-8 (US-127) from SR-28 (US-127)(LM 14.9) to SR-111 (LM 17.6), and SR-30 from SR-28 (US-127)(LM 10.3) to near Cherokee Ridge Road (LM 13.3) resurfacing: The contractor will be working on the sidewalks through the downtown area. Pedestrians are encouraged to use caution when walking in the area and avoid the areas of construction if at all possible. Beginning Sunday, the contractor will be working from 6 PM to 6 AM. The road will be reduced to one lane at times controlled by a flagging operation. Please use caution when traveling through the area.  Estimated project completion date is June 2020.

CANNON, MARION, AND WARREN COUNTY SR-96 resurfacing from the Rutherford County line (LM 0) to the Wilson County line (LM 5), SR-150 (US-41) resurfacing from north of Sequatchie Mountain Road (LM 5.7) to the Grundy County line (LM 13.8), SR-156 resurfacing from east of River Landing (LM 15.5) to east of Nickajack Landing Road (LM 23.1), and SR-287 resurfacing from SR-379 (LM 5.2) to south of Shelbyville Road (LM 10): Resurfacing operations on SR-287 Warren County, SR-150 Marion County, and SR-96 Cannon County sections are completed. Resurfacing operations have begun on SR-156 in Marion County. During construction, the road will be reduced to one lane, flaggers and a pilot car will be used to guide traffic flow through the work zone. Motorists are encouraged to use caution and watch for construction equipment and personnel in the roadway.  Estimated project completion date is September 2019.

COFFEE COUNTY TDOT Maintenance on I-24 eastbound from MM 103.0 to MM 127.5: During this reporting period, TDOT will be clearing vegetation by hand and mechanical mowing around interstate signs from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. No lane closures are required; however, crews will be working from the shoulder at several locations.

COFFEE COUNTY TDOT Maintenance on I-24 westbound from MM 112.0 to MM 98.0: During this reporting period, TDOT will be clearing vegetation by hand and mechanical mowing around interstate from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. No lane closures are required; however, crews will be working from the shoulder at several locations.

COFFEE COUNTY Utility Work on SR-55 (WILSON AVE.) southbound from LM 1.13 to LM 1.95: Utility work will take place at the intersection/fork of Wilson Avenue and Old Shelbyville Hwy. Signage and barrels will be present during this work. Motorists should use caution. Work will begin 09/12/19 through 10/01/19 between 9 AM and 3 PM.

FRANKLIN COUNTY Utility Work on SR-130 (OLD TULLAHOMA RD.) in both directions from LM 13.19 to LM 12.87: Mobile lane closures for utility work will occur on Old Tullahoma Road between Creekside Market to just across Bridge at Winchester City Park. Cones, signage and flaggers will be present during this work. Motorists should use caution. Work will begin 09/16/19 through 10/07/19 between 9 AM and 3 PM.

FRANKLIN COUNTY Utility Work on SR-156 (JUMPOFF RD.) southbound from LM 0.15 to LM 2.13: Shoulder closures and intermittent lane closures for utility work will occur along SR-156 (Jumpoff Rd). Signage and flaggers will be present. Motorists should use caution. Work will begin 08/06/19 through 09/20/19 between 9 AM and 3 PM.

FRANKLIN AND MARION COUNTY SR-156 Resurfacing from SR-15 (US-41A) (LM 0.0) in Franklin County to the Franklin County line (LM 2.9) in Marion County, including intersection improvements at Midway Road in Franklin County: The contractor will continue the paving installation. There will be a flagging operation to control traffic.  Estimated project completion date is November 2019.

GRUNDY COUNTY I-24 (MM 127) Repair of the SR-50 Bridge over I-24: I-24 Lane Closure: 09/23/19 thru 09/26/19 from 7 PM to 6 AM, the contractor will have temporary lane closures on I-24 East Bound and West Bound to support the sandblasting and painting operations under the bridge. From 09/27/19 to 9/30/19 from 7 PM to 6 AM, the contractor will be working around the clock and will have a lane closure on I-24 to perform sandblasting and painting work. SR-50 Lane Closure: The contractor will swap traffic to begin phase 2 construction and a new traffic pattern will be installed; two 12 foot travel lanes will remain open at all times. Motorists are advised to use caution and be alert to construction personnel and equipment.  Estimated project completion date is October 2019.

GRUNDY COUNTY Utility Work on SR-108 (HWY. 108) in both directions from LM 4.4 to LM 11.6: Intermittent lane closures will occur as crews transition the work zone along SR-108 for utility work from near Fish Branch Road to near SR-56. Signage and flaggers will be present during this work. Motorists should use caution. Work will begin 09/03/19 through 09/27/19 between 9 AM and 3 PM.

GRUNDY COUNTY SR-108 in both directions at LM 23.6: The roadway is reduced to one lane, due to a roadway settlement, and signalized 24/7 while repairs are being performed.

MARION COUNTY SR-156 over Running Water Creek (LM 25.58) bridge rehabilitation: SR-156 will be reduced to one lane controlled by a traffic signal for the duration of the project. Please use caution when traveling through this area. RESTRICTIONS: 10 foot lane. Estimated project completion date is October 2019.

MARION COUNTY SR-2 (US-41) Resurfacing from Ladds Cove Road (LM 1.5) to west of Nelson Lane (LM 10.9): When the contractor is present, the road will be reduced to one lane controlled by a flagging operation. MARION COUNTY SR-2 (US-64, US-72, US-41) Emergency slope stabilization between LM 25.20 and LM 26.40: Work continues on this project. The contractor will continue to maintain one travel lane open to traffic with the restrictions of all wide loads. At this time traffic signals are installed and will remain in place until project is complete.  Estimated project completion date is November 2019.

SEQUATCHIE COUNTY TDOT Bridge Maintenance on SR-111 northbound and southbound at LM 5.0: TDOT Bridge Maintenance will be repairing the barrier wall on SR-111 at LM 5.0. This work will take place Monday, 9/23/19 to Tuesday, 09/24/19, from 9 AM to 4 PM. Traffic control will be in place at this time.

VANBUREN COUNTY SR-284 Resurfacing from Park Road (LM 1.6) to SR-30 (L.M. 4.7):   During construction, the road will be reduced to one lane, flaggers and a pilot car will be used to guide traffic flow through the work zone. Motorists are encouraged to use caution and watch for construction equipment and personnel in the roadway.  Estimated project completion date is November 2019.

WARREN COUNTY SR-288 Construction of a concrete bulb-tee beam bridge over Collins River (LM 4.97), including grading, drainage and paving: The Bridge is currently reduced to one 10.5-foot lane to allow the contractor to construct the new bridge. While the bridge is down to one lane, traffic will be maintained and controlled by a temporary signal. Motorists should expect periodic delays and use caution in the work zone. RESTRICTIONS: 10.5-foot max width. Estimated project completion date is November 2019.

WARREN COUNTY SR-8 over Collins River (LM 8.14) Bridge Repair: Traffic signals have been removed; the bridge is open to traffic. While the contractor performs final clean up, temporary flaggers may be present for the safety of the workers and the traveling public. Motorists should expect periodic delays and use caution in the work zone. Estimated project completion date is September 2019.

DISTRICT 29

HAMILTON COUNTY I-75 at I-24 Interchange Reconstruction: Crews may continue surveying at various locations throughout the interchange. Shoulders may be closed at these locations between 9 AM and 3 PM. The following lane closures will occur Sunday through Thursday, between 9 PM and 6 AM: Double left or right lane closure I-24 EB MM 184.5, Single Left or Right lane closure 75 NB MM 1, Single Left or Right lane closure 75 SB MM 2, and Single Left lanes North and South bound Spring Creek Rd. Traffic paces will also occur throughout this same time period starting at: I-24 EB MM 183, I-75 NB MM 0 State Line, and I-75 SB MM 3. These traffic interruptions will take place to accommodate small paving operations, preparing for phase 1 traffic shifts.

HAMILTON COUNTY US-27 (I-124) widening from I-24/US-27 interchange to north of the Olgiati Bridge over the Tennessee River, including widening the Olgiati Bridge: On Thursday 9/19/19 TDOT contract crews will open a newly constructed section of the existing ramp at Exit 1C from US-27 South at the end of the Olgiati Bridge in Chattanooga. The new section will extend the length of the ramp from 4th Street to 6th Street. After the new section of the ramp is opened, traffic wishing to access 4th Street, 6th Street and MLK Blvd. West (toward Riverfront Parkway) from US-27 South will do so using Exit 1C. At the intersection of the ramp with 6th Street, a new traffic signal will allow traffic to turn left onto 6th Street and travel into the downtown area or turn right and continue on Gateway Avenue to M.L. King Blvd. Employees traveling to BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee via US-27 South will use Exit 1C to access their campus. After morning rush hour on Friday 9/20/19 the ramp currently in use from US-27 South onto MLK Blvd. West will be permanently closed. Traffic wishing to access 4th Street from US-27 South will not be affected by this change, but will continue to use Exit 1C as they have done since July. Traffic wishing to access MLK Blvd. East from US-27 South will continue to use Exit 1B. RESTRICTIONS: I-124 (US-27)Northbound Exit 1C 4th St Off Ramp: No oversize/over dimensional loads; I-124 (US-27)Southbound Exit 1C 4th St Of Ramp: On oversize/over dimensional loads; I-124 (US-27) Southbound Exit 1A-B Martin Luther King Blvd. Off Ramp: No oversized/over dimensional loads; I-124 (US-27) Southbound On Ramps from Martin Luther King Blvd.: No oversized/over dimensional loads. Estimated project completion date is January 2020.

HAMILTON COUNTY TDOT Bridge Inspection on SR-8 (MARKET ST.) both directions at LM 9.68: Bridge Inspection will be performing its quarterly inspection on the Market Street Bridge over the Tennessee River (SR-8 at LM 9.68). The roadway will be closed Sunday, 09/22/2019, starting at 8 AM and will remain closed until 1 PM.

HAMILTON COUNTY Utility Work on SR-2 (LEE HWY.) southbound at LM 19.27: Utility work will occur at the intersection of Lee Hwy and Standifer Gap Road. Signage and flaggers will be present during this work. Motorists should use caution and be aware of flaggers. Work will take place on 09/24/19 between 9 AM and 2 PM.

HAMILTON COUNTY Utility Work on SR-8 (CHEROKEE BLVD.) in both directions from LM 10.48 to LM 10.45: Utility work will be performed at the intersection of Cherokee Blvd/W. Manning St/Harper St. This will result in lane and sidewalk closures between the hours of 9 AM and 3 PM. Arrow boards and signage will be present during this work. Motorists should use caution and seek alternate route for W. Manning St. if possible. Work will take place from 09/19/19 through 10/09/19.

HAMILTON COUNTY SR-111 Repair of bridge over SR-29 (US-27): During this report period, the contractor will have one lane closed in each direction of SR-111 while performing bridge repairs. The contractor will also be closing one lane in each direction on SR-29 as it passes under SR-111. One lane in each direction will remain open at all times. Tennessee Highway Patrol will be present to assist with traffic control.  Estimated project completion date is October 2019.

HAMILTON COUNTY Cleaning of the McCallie Tunnel on SR-2 (US-64, US-11), the Stringers Ridge Tunnel on SR-8 (US-127), and the Bachman Tubes on SR-8 (US-76, US-41): There will be a tunnel cleaning operation at the McCallie tunnels supported by a flagging operation on Wednesday, 9/18 (8 PM to 6 AM). Additionally, The Stringers’ Ridge tunnel will be cleaned later that night supported by a signed detour. On Thursday, 9/19 (8 PM to 6 AM), the Bachman Tubes (East Ridge) will be cleaned supported by a signed detour.  Estimated project completion date is June 2020.

HAMILTON COUNTY SR-2 (US-11, US-64) Resurfacing from east of Shallowford Road (LM 18.6) to Yerbey Drive (LM 20.3): During this report period, the contractor will have lane closures while performing resurfacing operations. Lane closures will be limited to one lane at any given time. Estimated project completion date is September 2019.

HAMILTON COUNTY SR-8 (SIGNAL MOUNTAIN BLVD.) in both directions from LM 15.6 to LM 16.2: Signal Mountain Blvd. from LM 15.7 to LM 16.2 will be reduced to one lane with a traffic signal directing traffic. The Southbound lane will be closed as the maintenance contractor will be working to install a soil nail retaining wall.

MCMINN COUNTY SR-30, Grading, drainage and paving on SR-30 from Jackson Street to east of Knight Road in Athens: Traffic along SR-30 is in its phase two configuration with all traffic on the former eastbound side, providing one lane in each direction plus turning lanes at critical intersections and businesses. The intersection of SR-39/SR-30 has changed to a different configuration. The traveling public should be alert. Estimated project completion date is April 2020.

MCMINN COUNTY SR-39 Resurfacing from South Jackson Street (LM 9.4) to east of Old Athens Englewood Road (LM 12.3): Work will begin on this project starting 09/12/19. The contractor will have intermittent lane closures in place from 8 AM to 6 PM on SR-39 to install construction signs.  Estimated project completion date is November 2019.

MEIGS COUNTY SR-58 Repair of bridge over Hiwassee River (LM 5.22): During this report period, the contractor will have the roadway reduced to one lane controlled by temporary traffic signals. Additional flaggers will be on site as needed. Estimated project completion date is November 2019.

POLK COUNTY TDOT Maintenance on SR-30 both directions at LM 13.5: The road is currently reduced to one lane and controlled with temporary signals due to a roadway settlement. The contractor will move in to begin work on these slope failures on 09/19/19. RESTRICTIONS: 8.5 foot lane.

POLK COUNTY SR-30 Resurfacing from west of Tellico Reliance Road (LM 8) to near Greasy Creek Road (LM 13.1): During this reporting period, the contractor will have daily intermittent lane closures on SR-30 between LM 8 and LM 13.1 between 8 AM and 6 PM for the installation of permanent striping and snowplowable pavement markers.  Estimated project completion date is November 2019.

RHEA COUNTY SR-30 Grading, drainage and paving from west of New Union Road/White Oak Road (LM 12.6) to Sky Drive (LM 12.9): During this report period, the contractor will be performing grading and drainage operations along SR-30 and New Union Rd. During the initial phase traffic will be maintained on SR-30, White Oak Dr. and New Union Rd. in its current pattern. Flaggers will be on-site to assist with heavy equipment entering & exiting existing roadways.  Estimated project completion date is November 2019.

Work hours are 9 AM to 3:30 PM. At least one travel lane will remain open to traffic at all times. Flaggers will assist with traffic control as needed. At least one travel lane will remain open to traffic at all times on the interstate, and flaggers will be present on state routes during any work that is performed.  Estimated project completion date is June 2020.

REGION 2 Longitudinal joint stabilization on various state routes: During this report period the contractor will have short-term lane closures while applying longitudinal joint stabilizer to various state routes. REGION 2 Relensing of snowplowable pavement markers on various Interstate and State Routes: Contractor will begin relensing operations in Pickett and Overton Counties during this period. This will result in mobile lane closures on SR-325, SR-154, SR-52, SR-28, and SR-111 in Pickett County and on SR-52, SR-84, SR-85, SR-111, SR-136, SR-164, SR-293, and SR-294 in Overton County. REGION 2 Sweeping and drain cleaning on various interstate and state routes: There will be sweeping activity (Sunday through Thursday, 8 PM to 6 AM) on regional interstates and selected state routes. REGION 2 The on-call concrete pavement repair at various locations on various Interstate and State Routes: From Monday 09/16/19 at 6 A.M. through Friday 09/20/19 at 7 A.M. the Truck Inspection Station in Monteagle off of I-24 EB near MM 136 in Marion County will be closed completely. The contractor will be performing concrete pavement repairs which will require a total closure of the station. Tennessee Highway Patrol and TDOT personnel have been notified and will not be ticketing for bypassing the station. The station will be opened back up on Friday morning around 7 AM CT. A message board and advanced warning signs will notify traffic to the construction work. Estimated project completion date is March 2020.

REGION 2 The retracing of painted pavement marking lines on various Interstate and State Routes: The contractor will be retracing existing pavement markings in Cannon, Grundy, Marion, Van Buren, and Warren Counties. This will result in mobile lane closures on SR-53, SR-64, and SR-99 in Cannon County, on SR-56, SR-108, and SR-150 in Grundy County, on SR-27, SR-134, SR-156, SR-283, and SR-422 in Marion County, on SR-283 and SR-285 in Van Buren County, and on SR-108, SR-127, SR-287, and SR-379 in Warren County.
