MEMFIX 4 PROJECT ON I-240 IN MEMPHIS

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Tennessee Department of Transportation contract crews will temporarily close a stretch of Poplar Avenue this weekend for construction activities such as driving additional piling near the current Poplar Avenue bridges and utility work.

 

The weekend CLOSURES are as follows:

·       Friday, July 13, 9:00 p.m. until Monday, July 16, 6:00 a.m. – Poplar Avenue eastbound and westbound will be closed at the I-240 interchange. There will be ramps affected and closed; however, I-240 will remain open. *See the attached map.
