COCKE COUNTY, I-40 East near Mile Marker 432.1: On Monday, September 25, 2017, motorists should be alert for a possible lane closure between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crews perform guardrail repairs.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, slowed traffic and use extreme caution through this area.

COCKE COUNTY, SR 32 between Trail Hollow Road and SR 73: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures during daylight hours through this resurfacing project.  Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution through this area.

COCKE COUNTY, US 321/SR 73 Wilton Springs Road Bridge over the Pigeon River: The Wilton Springs Road Bridge over the Pigeon River between Hartford Road and SR 32 is reduced to one lane (11 foot width) around the clock and controlled by a temporary traffic signal through this bridge repair project.  Motorists should be alert for this new traffic pattern, expect potential delays and adjust travel times accordingly. Motorists may encounter short stoppages of traffic at various times while crews offload construction materials.  Traffic in excess of 11 feet in width should use alternate routes.  This project is estimated to be complete on or before October 31, 2017.

COCKE COUNTY, SR 339 between SR 32 and the Sevier County Line: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures during daylight hours through this resurfacing project.  Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution through this area.

GRAINGER COUNTY, SR 131 between US 25 and the Hancock County Line: Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures controlled by flaggers between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. and use extreme caution as crews perform sign and guardrail work through this area. 

GREENE COUNTY, I-81 North and South between Mile Markers 26 and 36:  Motorist should be alert for possible temporary lane closures between the hours of 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. through this resurfacing project.  Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution in this area.

GREENE COUNTY, SR 93 between SR 34 and SR 351: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures daily during daylight hours as crews perform roadway resurfacing.  Motorists should be alert for flag persons directing traffic and use extreme caution through this area.

GREENE COUNTY, SR 172 between Spear Dykes Road and N. Wesley Chapel Road: SR 172 in this area is reduced to one lane around the clock and controlled by a temporary traffic signal through this bridge repair project.  Motorists should be alert for this new traffic pattern, expect potential delays and adjust travel times accordingly.

GREENE COUNTY, SR 351 between SR 107 and SR 34: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures daily during daylight hours as crews perform roadway resurfacing.  Motorists should be alert for flag persons directing traffic and use extreme caution through this area.

KNOX COUNTY, I-75 North near Mile Marker 114: On Thursday, September 21, 2017 and Friday, September 22, 2017, motorists should be alert for lane closures between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crews resurface the roadway and shift traffic through this rock fall mitigation project.  Beginning Monday, September 25, 2017, motorists should be alert for possible lane closures from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and/or nightly from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning.  Motorists should be alert for lane shifts, slowed or stopped traffic, expect potential delays and use extreme caution through this area.

KNOX COUNTY, I-640 East and West between Mile Markers 6 and 9: On Sunday, September 24, 2017, motorists should be alert for a series of brief rolling roadblocks to occur between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and Noon as utility crews perform overhead line work.  Motorists should be alert for slow moving or stopped traffic, expect delays and use extreme caution approaching this area.

KNOX COUNTY, I-640 West between Mile Markers 8 and 3: On Monday, September 25, 2017, motorists should be alert for a series of brief rolling roadblocks to occur between the hours of 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crews perform attenuator repairs.  Motorists should be alert for slow moving or stopped traffic, expect delays and use extreme caution approaching this area.

WASHINGTON COUNTY, US 321/SR 34 Bridge over Limestone Creek neat Log Mile 1.75: US 321/SR 34 is reduced to one lane in each direction through this bridge replacement project.  The southbound traffic has been shifted onto the northbound side.  These lane closures and lane shifts will remain in place around the clock during construction.  Motorists should be alert for changed conditions, lane shifts, reduced speeds and use extreme caution through this area.
