The Engineering Production Support Office develops, maintains, and implements protocols to ensure consistency across Preconstruction Teams within Tennessee.  We lead efforts in researching and recommending national best practices to drive innovation and efficiency across the Department.  By producing design guidance and procedures for the Department, the Engineering Production Support Team optimizes the ability to successfully address unanticipated challenges and to assist in reducing plan errors, delays, and claims. 

We provide statewide technical expertise in the following areas:  Americans with Disabilities/Accessibility (ADA), Quality Management, Value Engineering, Landscape and Aesthetics Architecture, Context Sensitive Design, Roadway Design Policies and Procedures, and Roadway Design Statewide Standards.
