Instructions for the establishment of a branch, relocation of a branch or main office

  • Institutions applying to establish a branch, relocate a branch or a main office, should submit the application information required by the appropriate federal regulatory agency to the Department via email to the contacts listed below. The Department accepts the federal application in lieu of our own.
  • A branch application fee of $300 is required and can be paid via ACH. Please contact the Department at the email addresses below for ACH instructions.
  • There is no public notice requirement.
