Changes Affecting Bank Control, Mergers, Applications Part 14 - Bank Holding Companies - Bank Structure Act

• Any applicant applying for a change of control, merger or an application submitted pursuant to Part 14 Bank Holding Companies – Bank Structure Act should submit the information required by the appropriate federal regulatory agency to the Department via email to the contacts listed below. The Department accepts the federal application in lieu of our own.
• An application fee of $5,000 is required for a Change in Control, Merger or application filed pursuant to the Bank Structure Act and can be paid via ACH. Please contact the Department at the email addresses below for ACH instructions.
